Appointment Policy – Please Read Before Booking

Pure Soothing operates by appointment only.
No walk-ins or in-person scheduling are available. All appointments must be booked online.

To ensure every client receives their full Uninterrupted Recharge, my phone is on Do Not Disturb during sessions. This allows each client to fully relax without interruptions.

To maintain a healthy work–life balance, messages and calls received during sessions or on fully booked days will be returned during my designated response hours (sometimes resulting in next day responses):
Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

If no appointments are available for the day, it means I am either fully booked or taking a scheduled day to disconnect.

If you’re looking to book, the online calendar will always show the next available appointment. If you’re hoping for a sooner opening, you’re welcome to join the Waitlist. If I’m able to accommodate you, I will reach out, if you do not receive a response, please proceed with booking the next available time that fits your schedule.

A 50% fee will be charged for no-shows or reschedules within 24 hours. For Gift-Card users, you will be expected to pay this fee before rebooking your next session (not from gift-card balance)

No refunds once booked, only rescheduling to a future appointment.

Reschedules & Gift cards - will be scheduled 2 weeks from date of notice (excludes weekends)
